Growing up, in central Illinois, with an artist for a mother is probably the reason I am an artist today. After getting a degree in Art Education from the University of Illinois, I taught in Illinois for a few years- and am now living and teaching in south Georgia. I have taught at every age level and find that there is always something to love about teaching. Teaching fuels my creativity, keeps me innovating, and makes me pretty darn happy.
